Hemorrhoid Causes and Preventions

There are two types of hemorrhoids that can develop. One kind can develop inside your anal cavity, and then there are the ones that develop outside the anal cavity. These are called external hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids are also called piles. This is when a vein becomes swollen or enlarged in the anal canal. This may be caused due to irregular diet, constipation, pregnancy, genetics and many other factors. Hemorrhoids are not abnormal and every person suffers from this irritating disease at least once during their life span.
You can prevent hemorrhoids from occurring by making some simple lifestyle changes. Some of these changes are:
Drinking lots of water every day
Eating lots of fiber enriched foods
Avoid food that can irritate your bowels like spicy food, coffee, etc.
Exercising as little as 20 minutes every day, and this will help you have a regular bowel movement.
There are many treatments for hemorrhoids that can be done naturally. If you are experiencing bleeding, itching or other worse symptoms then you will want to see your doctor first. This might give you some temporary relief until you can get used to a more natural way of healing and preventing hemorrhoids from reoccurring. Below is a link that will give you more information for natural remedies that are safe and effective. I wish you a quick and long lasting healing remedy.
